STILL MORTAL products are prepared and fulfilled after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

Due to the personal-use nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, scent, texture, skin compatibility, or products you no longer want.

We do not offer refunds simply because a product has been opened, used, or did not meet personal expectations.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please do not discard damaged or incorrect products or their packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the carrier.

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will review the shipment information available to us.

ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

Orders move into fulfillment quickly.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or cancelled after it has been submitted.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will determine whether the order can still be changed.

SKIN REACTIONS

Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
